I am trying to edit the severity field for my team-managed project. What It currently displays as options is Sev-0, Sev-1, Sev-2 and Sev-3. My team uses sev 1-4 instead and would like to edit/update the options accordingly. Is there a way to edit this?

Could you provide a replicable steps and perhaps with screen recording so that we could better understand the replicable steps and issue that you are seeing?
