We've been using the https://<companyName>.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/group?groupName=jira-users endpoint with basic authentication for ages, and some time in the last month it got broken: now it only returns what's below.37{"errorMessages":["Internal server error"],"errors":{}}0The other endpoints we use (like /search) work as before.What could be the issue?Thank you in advance.

JIRA Cloud users API returns internal server error

I have both administrator and sprint manager roles but not able to complete a sprint.

I have all of the roles which are required for managing a backlog but the *Complete Sprint* button is not showing up. Screen Shot 2023-04-18 at 5.16.23 PM.png

Hi @Zoltán Lehóczky,

Change the upper case N to lowercase.

/rest/api/2/group?groupname=jira-users

Thank you! Actually I misspelled the URL here, in our program it was correctly lowercase. But it seems the issue was some temporary problem with the JIRA backend, because now the same thing works again.
