I have both administrator and sprint manager roles but not able to complete a sprint.

I have all of the roles which are required for managing a backlog but the *Complete Sprint* button is not showing up.

Hi @Loren

For your team you should use JIRA Core  or Kanban projects and not agile sprints.

You can explore Components for your individual departments. This is a nice way of arranging work and you can use Component Lead for assigning responsibility.

If you wish you can still create boards for tracking purpose or at max go for Kanban project model.
