Hello, issue is, im not getting a notification in email and i don't why, but all points its marked.

you can do that by removing the "Browse Project" Permission for all roles/groups/users. Then the project does not appear any more in the Project List.
It might appear still in the Dropdown List while creating issues, you will have to remove the "Create Issue" Permission then.
