Filter Jiras by custom field changed date

I'm trying to get a list of JIRA issues that their custom field was changed on/between date-range;

I can only find Updated condition - which is date range that is generic for ANY changes on the JIRA issue - this causes many items not to show in my filter.

Any advice will help..

You have very limited on the Cloud so natively, there is no direct way to do this. Even the JQL "WAS" operation works with System Fields only (not Custom Fields).
