How to use the value from the Cascading field to trigger a action in a automation Rule?

I want to create a automation rule that should  assign an issue to a particular user based on the value from the child cascading field.

e.g

Name of the Cascading List: Affected Service

Parent Values are: LIST 1 and LIST2
Child values for LIST 1 : A,B,C
Child values for LIST 2: E,F,G

IF LIST1 is selected and either A or B is selected for Child Value , then issue should be assigned to Reporter 1. IF C is selected then issue should be assigned to Reporter.

I am not able to find the created cascading field in the "Field" in "Field issue Condition" block used in automation rule.

Hi @Phil,

Random order when moving card on kanban should be that any state can be transferred in the workflow.

If you can modify the workflow, limit the flow of the process.

I don't understand how 'limiting the flow of the process' will affect where the card appears in the target column? Maybe I missed something?

FYI, we have 5 columns:

selected for development, in progress, waiting for testing, in testing, done.

The random location occurs when transitioning from any column to the next. Usually cards will go from column 1 to 2, then 3, then 4, then 5. But if something fails testing in 4 ('in testing') and it's dragged back to 2 ('in progress') for fixing, we have a workflow rule for that specific scenario which changes the ticket priority to highest. (It therefore automatically appears in an expedite lane, cool.) Other than that, our system is pretty plain vanilla and we don't have any weird setup.
