How to show subtask on Advanced Roadmap ?

I have create a Roadmap which contains Epic, stories and subtask.

If I create a subtask on a story, automatically I can show it in the roadmap: 

 

I have created a new ticket type (as a story) but in this case, I don't see subtasks:

You will need to change something to make it appear.

There's nothing else we can tell you about your problem, you have given us no information of any use about your statement.

With no information, we can tell you if you should change the board, the issue config, the issue data, or bribe the large angry penguin blocking your view of the issue with a fish so it moves out of the way.

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist-i  bulk delete the issue, after that, I created one epic and story not showing in the board

Yes, probably, but you have not told us what you have configured or what data on the issue means it is being deselected by the board.

Start by telling us

• What the board filter is
• What the values on the issue are that relate to that filter

Hello,

Go to board settings -> General -> Edit filter and make sure that the created issue is selected by this filter.
