If any ticket goes from status in progress to waiting for customer, if someone comments on that ticket, then the ticket status should go back to in progress.
Edit your board filter to display only the issuetype you want.

My dashboard edit options are only to edit the layout of the gadgets, edit the name and description of the dashboard, Add/Delete Shares, Add/Delete Groups. Is there a filter I can create at the gadget level to filter out Subtasks?
