Hi, I've been working for Jira Automation at my company.
I just wonder how to move the task of Top level Epic to Subtask
My Project structure is same with below.
[Project]
[Epic]
[Story]
[Subtask]
I made automation to create the task in Epic. But, I want to move some task to Story. But it didn't work. I just check the 'Given parent issue does not belong to appropriate hierarchy.' message.
Hello,
Jira Agile plugin was available only till Jira 7. From Jira 7 there is a separate Jira distribution called Jira Software.
Ok thanks and how it could be installed? Or it` is a part of the Jira core functionality and could be installed by default?

If you have Jira Core 7x installed, then you should download Jira Software of the same version like your Jira Core from here:

If you do not have Jira Core 7x installed, then you should download Jira Software and install it:

Ok, but Jira Software is already installed, but i can not see an option to activate the similar functionality as Jira Agile has.
