How to get all Teams in JIRA via the cloud rest api?

How can I retrieve all teams in JIRA via the JIRA rest api, something of the form of /rest/api/3/team

Hi Ravi,

The installer will upgrade everything automatically. Just make sure that you choose the option 'upgrade existing installation' when launching the installer. Please note all your modified files (Jira installer will notify you on that).

Refer to the link Yogesh provided you. It will describe which folders to backup and actions to make.
