How to create a rule that will create a new task after the old one with a fixed deadline?

Example: the task of renewing a subscription to a service. And each such task has a different deadline date. Is it possible to make only one automation rule that would open new tasks with their original deadlines but for the next year?

Git integration is available from Jira 3 upwards, although later versions are better.

You don't need to upgrade, but I would strongly recommend it.  All you need is a current licence (if yours has expired, you will only be able to go to versions released before then end date)

If you have maintenance it’s for free.

if you don’t have it you need to buy maintenance.
