So i deleted the old project that i had.To the projects page where it say that 'You currently have no projects. Let's create your first project in Jira'.I click the Create project button and nothing happens :(. Tried firefox, edge and IE and still the same thing. I'm the site admin.Is there some option i'm missing somewhere?

How to auto populate custom fields in parent tickets to subtask

Hello,

Can someone provide instructions or any insight on how to auto populate custom fields in parent tickets to subtask? Is there an automation that someone is aware of.

I have no extensions at all.

I manage to get it working by going to boards and creating a new board and let it create a temporary project. Then i could go to the project page and the create button would then work to create my real project. After that i deleted my temporary project. Looks like the create button has some problems when there are no projects at all.

Could you please remove the unnecessary browser extension in your browsers, clear the cache/cookies and restart the browser. Then try again and let us know how it goes.
