How to Enable Voting in Jira Cloud

We would like to enable voting in Jira Cloud, but I am unsure how to do so. Where is this setting?

Hi Leslie,

Simply go to your JIRA administration pages, find the Send Email menu underneath the Systems Tab. Now select all groups in the select list, write your email and press Send :)

On the administrator screen there is a way to send emails. If you select the jira-user group it will go to all the users.
