Is there a way to configure JIRA (and Confluence for that matter) to send multipart emails instead of being restricted to just plain text or just HTML? I view email on multiple devices with multiple clients, some of which only support plain text and having a sub-par experience on one set of devices is a big annoyance. Since both HTML and plain text emails can be generated I see no reason why the system can't send a proper multipart email and let the client decide which version to display.

How give me admin right

Hello

I'm currently working on cloud migration, and I can't give me the jira software admin right

I can't give this right to any group, even if I'm a admin

Any idea ?
