Right now the default value for the Resolution field on my Resolve Issue screen is set to "Done." How do I change that to default to a different resolution value?
Note: The "Resolution" field is NOT a custom field.
You need to check that this user has the right to browse users. Go to admin -> global permissions to find it, and make sure she's in at least one of the groups named there.
Does she has the "Browse Users" global permission? Being an administrator does give you that automatically. Have a look at global permissions under Administration.
