Remove inactive users from CC field

How can I display the list of issues grouped by the assignee

In my Jira dashboard I want to display the list of tasks/issues in current sprint grouped by the assignees , like how many tasks/issues user X is working over how many user Y etc.

What is the CC field in a ticket? Could make a screenshot? Are you on Cloud or Server?

Are you on server?what you can do is to find with sql all inactive users and then make a jql search with this list and make your bulk edit.
