Define a filter for stories with no progress more than 3 days, excluding weekends

I want to define a filter for stories which weren't being in progress more than 3 days, excluding weekends because I don't want them to be counted.

for example:

The day I do the filter is Tuesday.

I have an issue_1 that on Tuesday (in the last week) is the last time it was updated.

I have also issue_2 that on Thursday is the last time it was updated.

---

The filter will return only issue_1.

(issue_1 - I count Wednesday, Thursday and Monday = 3  [Friday, Saturday and Sunday are not counted]

issue_2 - I count only Monday - because I don't want the weekends [Friday, Saturday and Sunday to be counted])

write your own JQL function and call it updatedWorkDays (copy the defautl updated JQL function and add your own bits)
