Gantt team board does not display my child's issues

Hi,
I'm currently working on three different projects. The first project is project management, where I'm creating EPICs (Epics are large scale projects that are broken down into smaller tasks). The second project is software engineering, where I'm creating stories for developing the EPICs. The third project is testing, where I'm creating tasks to test the EPICs. When creating a Gantt chart from a project management board, it is not reflected the hierarchy of an EPICScreenshot 2023-04-27 at 16.17.20.pngThis Epic has 2 childs story task.

How did the issue end up in an invalid state for the workflow?  That sounds like a bug, maybe contact the Atlassian Support team and see if they can fix it in the database.

Can you edit the workflow to add the missing state?

I'm not actually sure how the issue came to be in the invalid state. I suspect it was moved from one issue-type to another. Nothing is showing up in the audit log.

I took your advice and added the state that the issue was in, to the workflow that the issue was in, and then was able to move/modify/close the issue.

I think I'll leave the extra state in there in case this happens again.

Thanks for you help!
