Freshdesk /link does not load

Hi everyone,

I am relatively new to using Jira and so I would really appreciate some help regarding the following issue as I do not find a solution here.

I have the current issue that when we insert Freshdesk links into Jira they do not load. The link itself is working and we are able to click on it to access the respective Freshdesk ticket, but the title of the link remains "Loading...". Has someone already experienced the same behavior? 

I already tested different Links and this seems to be a behavior that only occurs when referring to Freshdesk.

P. S. OS: Mac, Browser: Google Chrome (everything up to date, cookies etc. cleared)

If you have ScriptRunner you can run this query:

issueFunction in dateCompare("YOUR SUBQUERY HERE", "created + 30d < resolved") AND (created >= 2017-07-01 AND created <= 2018-06-30)

Edit: changed the function to dateCompare from expression
