Finish-to-start dependency between 2 user stories

I am new to Jira Software and trying to setup a Finish-to-start dependency between 2 user stories and am not seeing how to accomplish this.

No not at the moment- atleast not a proper flag.

You could obviously create another custom field to document the type of blocker but this will only be available in the detils view.
