 I am using Jira software Cloud, While trying to add gadget in Jira dashboard throughs the below error. Please help to resolve this.

That specific function in JQL is being provided by scriptrunner.  I don't believe this function has the expectation to work for remote links, only local issue links.

That said, the documentation on the scripted JQL enhancements provided by scriptrunner include another function called: linkedIssuesOfRemote

Perhaps this function will help instead.
