I am getting 400 bad request when trying to get list of issues via jira rest api

Epic's summary can't be edited

I just found out that the issue summary of an epic isn't editable. I know that there are some changes regarding the epic name and the issue summary but I'd expect that it still behaves the same. I can edit the epic name but as long as the new changes aren't rolled out completely I'd like to ensure that both fields have the same value.

Does someone have the same problem? Is there a workaround for it?

Found the problem. Not related to jira rest api.It was a condition i have set.
