I'm working with a Jira Cloud project. We use scrum and have a backlog in use. We have statuses Done, Duplicate and Closed, which are all of type "Done" (green ones in the workflow setup view).
For some reason, these Done tickets don't disappear from the backlog view and sprint, but they stay there sprint after sprint.
What should I do to make the Done tickets disappear?
Hello @[deleted]
We use Better excel (paid plugin) to generate some pretty advance report. Including worklog details( time spent in each status etc).
Plenty of templates available here

Hi @[deleted],
Yes, you can generate a CSV file for the JIRA issues.
For exporting issues you can export to .csv by following these steps:
Please see below screenshot for reference.

@[deleted] Hi Gangavath, noted on your proposed solution. But are we able to have this jira issues with JQL extension, by incorporating the "worklog details/description" for each of the issues the programmer worked on? Because when the client look at the issues, they would want to know what has been done for the particular issue as well, apart from the estimated completion time, due date and etc. Basically it is a worklog report + jira issues (JQL).

Hi @[deleted],
Yes, it will include all the field details like the due date, work logs, Remaining time and description. I am providing one sample screenshot for the description, work logs, due date and Remaining time.
If you are looking for a more advanced future then you can go for Better Excel Exporter for Jira (XLSX) add-on.
