Do Confluence support anonymous access to sites ?

I am looking to provide a user guide for my product on the confluence page which should support anonymous access to sites(open to the Public). I would like to know do the cloud version provides this option?

Hmm, I'm not exactly familiar with the JIRA Misc Custom fields plugin, but if you are convinced that this is a bug, then I think you should raise an issue with the developers of the plugin here : https://innovalog.atlassian.net/browse/JMCF
