Hi,
We tried to create custom reports according to the following guide, but cannot find "New report" (can only see "All reports") under Reports.

Could you please explain how custom reports can be enabled?

My guess is that it has removed issues from a board, not the actual issues themselves.
Check the board configuration, I suspect the board either excludes the new status of the missing issues, or the status is not mapped in the columns.
