Currently I'm using the JIRA API to fetch issues to feed into our own system. The current way we work is, We add 2 comments:1st comment is how to test the given issue2nd comment is the work done on the issue (goes into release notes) What we would like to be able to do is flag each comment or add our own custom wiki syntax (either via a button or the "formats" drop down) is this possible? Wiki EG, would be:[TEST]Test notes[/TEST][RELEASE]Release Notes[/RELEASE} I'm aware our users could this this manually, but its a lot easier using a button or pre-formatted text options

Hi There, I want to create subtasks based on number of multi-select values selected. Is this possible using automation in Jira Cloud?

never mind, im going down the route of using custom fields instead.
