Create copy of issue from service desk project to main project

Hi All,

I am trying to create copy of issue from Service Desk project to main project. I tried to Clone the issue in Service desk project but don't see the option to Move the cloned issue  to another project. Am i missing on any rights/privileges? Also is there any other way to move the cloned issue to another project in case i don't get the needed privileges.

If your target instance(yyy.atlassian.net) is clean, and if you want to move all projects from existing instance(xxx.atlassian.net) then it is possible(Support Engineers from Atlassian should be able to help you) or check this document : Migrate projects

But if you want to move specific projects, then it is not possible. However there is a workaround by using csv import.

Thanks.  I'm looking into this more.  I did just find a Marketplace App that might be able to help.
