I would like to create an automation in JWM to send an email to the reporter when tasks are 10 days (or more) past due.
I played around with the logic and I cannot get it to work. The JQL I used was:
duedate <= startOfDay(-10d) AND statusCategory != Done
Is that right?
If yes, how can I test it?
I believe this is project-specific. You'll need to go into project settings and enter the notifications section. Also note, it's likely a shared notification scheme between all your projects.

Thanks Alec. I see the global notifications but is this for email or the the notifications that show up on your sidebar?

It's for emails. Could also be for the notifications on the sidebar but I'm not entirely sure.
