Create Column Button on Board

I created a team-managed Software project and want to customize my board. 
On the board I see to the right of the last column instead of the plus button to add a column, a button with a wheel on it, which redirects me to the "Columns and statuses" page.
How can I change this button so that I can add a column directly to the board page?

Hi Andrea,

I have researched this case and there are a few options that you could use in this case :

* Put the HTML javascript code in the Announcement banner for Jira.

* Use the Jira Issue Collector to add a custom form.

* You could also use the service from any web-service provider like Wofoo.
