Clearing custom fields while cloning a ticket

How to clear fields value when an issue is cloned? Automation rule and workflow rule does not seem to work while Clone feature is used.

Hello Marcela,

As you can check in the documentation below, the Administrators Global permission is required to perform any actions (Create, edit, access) regarding Issue collectors:

is that information still valid? The point 1 under the section `Edit issue collector` says:
"Log in to JIRA as a project administrator or a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission."
