I cannot find "Due date" in Custom Fields, but can add a field in Screen configuration. I assume it's because the next-gen projects are introduced and they have "Due date" field, but not configured like you can in the classic projects.

Hello,

Due Date is not a custom field, it is a Jira system field. You can not find it in the custom fields screen.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

It is a custom field, which were created by a plugin. Plugins can lock fields, so that users could not change it.
