Behavior to limit character length and value in a custom text field

Hey all, 

I'm sure this is pretty easy but I'm pretty clueless with scripting. Could someone help me with a behavior that would only allow 2 characters and values of 0-25? Custom Field ID is 11850.

Based on the log you provided, it seems that there is something else using port 8080. Do you have any applications that might be using it?

Looks like yolu misconfigured your Tomcat config:

java.lang.Exception: Socket bind failed: [730048] Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted.

Probably a duplicate port entry in server.xml ?

May I know which version of JIRA you are using?

Could you please post your server.xml as well? I assume port 8080 is not in use when Jira is shut down
