Is there any automation that hide "Done" sub tasks? I'd like to still have a way to view them though. I know I can manually hide "Done" but if you leave the page and return, they always have to be manually hidden again.

Hi,

I suppose you need Scriptrunner Behaviour script to analyze if your Stakeholders user picker contains desired user and enable/disable Synopsis field.
