Is it possible to move a list of tickets in the DONE column at the end of a sprint to a new sprint?

Automation to identificate deviated issues

Does someone know how to create an automation to identify the issues that are deviated?

You can just create a new QA board with "Dev Complete" as the starting status. Make sure you map only the statuses after that in the new board.

Each board will do the reporting based on the statuses mapped on that board.
