Hi everyone,

We are trying to create an automation rule which fill the value of a custom field of the epic issue type with the project category of the epic.

Is it possible?

I' have tried this but it doesn't seem to work.

From the audit it goes on success but actually the field isn't valued.

Am I missing something?

Thanks for every suggestion.

Valmira

Hi Özgür,

Would it be possible to test using another network?
Also, can you please reach out to your network admin to whitelist our Atlassian Cloud IP ranges and domains?
They can find the IP ranges and domains on the link below:

Thanks for your response.

I solved problem interestingly. My all browsers had atlassian access problem.

I deleted Chrome browser. I downloaded it from official Chorme website via Internet Explorer. However, I could not setup it. Setup program encountered internet connection problem interestingly.

I restarted my laptop, then problems resolved. I think Eset Nod32 triggered that problem at that time.

Thanks,

Ozgur M.
