Automation for Jira webrequest throws error 500 Unable to validate SSL connection

Hello,

I am using Automation for Jira to make some basic connection with another webservice (in Saas as well).

I have an issue with a certificate and automation throws a 500 Http error "Unable to validate SSL connection"

From the Jira server documentation, SSL connections fail from Jira server to external systems | Jira | Atlassian Documentation, it is apparently possible to install the certificate on DC/Server environnement.

What about Jira Cloud? I saw no options in the menus.

Can I make this work?

Worst case: Can I make this work using Scriptrunner for Jira Cloud?

If you have the status defined in your workflow then it will show in the drop down. Note, if you are running a filter that includes more than one workflow then you will need to ensure that each workflow has the desired status. Please let me know if this is unclear.
