I would like to create an auotmation that when an activity is delayed then the linked activity (link types: blocks) delays by the same time interval. However, the automation does not read the variables inside a date sum or difference operation. Is there any error in the code? 

Issue.customfield_10015 is the field of start date.

Hi @Radhika Tk Could you please tell us the exact issue that you are facing?

Were you able to change the status from Rejected to New or Closed to New after you published the new workflow?

If you are facing issue with the resolution being set as DONE, you may probably update the Reopen transition postfunction to clear the Resolution field value or to update it as none.

Hi @Radhika Tk,

there are no limitations from which status to which status you can add transisitions.

How do you try to add that transition and what is the exact problem?

I tried to add the new transitions in the copy of an existing workflow and forgot to add this new workflow to the workflow scheme assigned to the project in which I am working.
