When a rule is executed, we need to assign the issue to the user whose name is in a custom field.
Is there a way to do this? We don't see the custom field in any of the assignment options, including 'Another field value', which shows only standard fields like 'Issue creator' and 'Issue reporter'.
The custom field is defined as a user field, not just text.

As per Atlassian you have to buy two separate license whether if you split the instance or each SEN will work for individual installations.
But original license will work but its against policy. To know more please check with Atlassian advocate in support portal

If you have two production systems, you need two licences for them. I'm really not sure what the question actually means.
