Need a plugin similar to JSU that have to support Jira Cloud

Auto update the assignee and reporter of the ticket

Hi team,

I'd like to ask, without using automation, how to automate adding an owner of the project as a reporter and the creator of the ticket as an assignee?

I'm confused. JSU is available in the marketplace for server. I don't understand the question.

Hello Akhil,

There are several plugins that provide the same functionalities as JSU. The most similar one I believe is JIRA Misc Workflow Extensions.

You can also try Automation for JIRA. This one is not based on post functions, however, it can provide the same functionalities using Automation rules.
