How can I search by status using LIKE operator ~

Atlassian Access and Org/Site Setup.

Is it typical to have 2 Orgs when using the Access Product? (1 Org with Access and Managed Accounts) and the other Org with all other products like JIRA, etc.)

Hello,

You can not do it. The like operator is not defined for the status searcher.
