Assistance on the automation

Hello guys, 

We currently have an requirement to capture the count the issue has been re-opened from "closed" to "In progress".

We have a Custom field of number type to capture the count. And we have an automation in place to capture the count.

I am having problem with the capturing the count if the transition is happening more than once. As the value still shows 1.

Any inputs would be much appreciated.

Hi @Michael Angelo Timoteo,

the log complains, that port 8005 is already in use. please make sure, that all Jira processes are terminated and that no other process is using port 8005.

Yeah that is it. Upon checking, the part is already been use. Thank very much for your swift reply.
