In my project, the assignee field is not visible in create mask.
But if I try "where is my field" (all fields enabled, but it is not even in the list) is states it should be visible, because it is on the screen, not hidden in field definition (in fact it is even required) and i have the assign issue permission.
Any ideas, why the assignee is still not visible? Is it possilble, that there are properties set at this stage (where)? As far as i understand jira, because the issue is not even existing at this point (I just opened the create mask) no properties can be interfering, isn't it?
Hi Tom,
Sometimes we experience a downtime with our website. The error should be correct in a few minutes.
I've just confirmed that the website is loading now.
Cheers,
Rodrigo
I have more info...
Getting the same issue for days now.
Grab a snack — we'll be back before you know it.
This happens when trying to get to the link below and many other atlassian.com sites...
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/STASH/Using+the+Stash+Backup+Client
I found that if I'm logged in as the main Atlassian account holder pages will not load. If I switch to a user account they load fine.
Hope this helps.

same here. why does it say "All Systems Operational" if it has not been working for over a week?

This has been happening to me for several days.
It makes me wonder should I really be trusting my business to Atlassian, when your website is down so frequently.

Hi,
This does now load correctly, but it is still very slow (20 seconds to load) — so perhaps the error before was a timeout issue?
I checked on the Atlassian service status page, but this came up as 99.998% uptime. Is there anywhere that I can see the status of this system (rather than having to put a support request in)?
Thanks,
Tom
