We have a workflow condition where all sub-tasks must be Done before we can set a ticket to Done.
However, when all of our sub-tasks are set to Done, we do not have the Done option for the ticket.
This workflow condition has been working for many years without issue, but in the last few weeks, this situation has happened a few times. We have tried setting the subtasks to other statuses and back to Done as well as setting all of the sub-tasks to Done using a bulk edit. Neither has worked.
Please let us know what other options we have to try to get a Done option in the status menu. Thank you
You can add more projects by amending the board filter so that it draws in the other projects. But it will remain two lines, as it's one burndown.
