We have been using Quantify Time Spent Pro for a roughly over a month and have run into an issue when adding a custom field ( either simple text field or drop down) to the TimeSpent export report. The issue that occurs is when the report is exported to a CSV, these custom fields that are populated within the issue do not show up within the TimeSpent Report. To make things even more interesting, I have run the report both from within the project as well as within the main TimeSpent windows. Additionally if I have 30 issues within the report and I verify that all 30 issues have content in these custom fields, on the export at least a good portion of them are not flowing through
@Itay Keller Have you associate the issue type with screens in the issue type screen scheme ? if not then you need screen scheme , under screen scheme you can use defaut screen and this defaut screen will be used for unmapped issue operations with screen(create, view and edit) go to one of this screens find configure > where is my field and then type your custom field you will see what is missing
If you want screen to be in workflow transition, just add it in the workflow and make sure custom field is added to screen.
Best i hope it helps.

Sounds like you did the right things. Have you verified those screens are being used by the issue type screen scheme for the projects? If so, try re-indexing.
