Pull release vs unreleased items into dashboard filter

On the release dashboard there is a status for release and unrelease.  This is different than the status used in a story (Ready/In Progress/Done).  How do I pull in the release and unrelease status to my dashboard?  Is there another name for this category?

I too would like the ability for the "Reporter" field to be moved over to the newly created Linked Issue.  Right now it will set whomever creates the linked issue as the reporter which is not who is having the problem.

When do you want to copy the reporter i.e. when do you want to want to trigger this operation.

@Tarun SapraSorry for the delayed response. I want to copy the reporter on create i.e when I click create a linked issue button on the existing issue, I need the reporter to copied on the new issue created.
