Product is Offline since last Atlassian Issue

Hello dear community,

since the last outage of the Jira services (https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/incidents/jz02836pc5s8), my project (both Jira and Confluence) is listed as offline with the note to contact support within the admin panel. However, due to the free subscription, I am not able to do so. Is there a known solution for this issue?

Hi Daniel,

I just ran into this yesterday. You can put a space at the end of one label “A” and “A “ and then you can have 2 labels with same name. It’s a little confusing when editing the workflow in diagram mode since you can’t tell which is which but it does the trick.
