Hey guys,

For the last couple of hours I'm trying to use the API (with OAuth2), but I'm getting a lot of errors.

Up until 2 hours ago everything worked fine, so I tried going through the whole OAuth2 dance again (to get new access token and refresh token) but I get the following error when I try to connect:

I noticed that the status for Atlassian Developers is currently "Active Incident", is this related?

Should I wait for it to be operational again?

Hi Fernando,

This unfortunately is not something easy out of the box. That being said you could easily change that by using a script if you already are familiar with ScriptRunner or PowerScript.

In a free fashion, you could export all those issues into CSV and change that in Excel (will be far easier), then reimport the new file: as the issue keys will remain, the import will update issues instead of recreating. Just map summary (or any relevant field you updated) and it should be ready!

Hope this helps!

Cheers
