Number of custom fields added in Jira can impact the performance?

Could you explain what the difference you see is?

Ideally, select the same user for each field and show us screenshots?  Or at least explain what the differences are?

Hi Brough,

We have using Jira filters to take report/displays below fields

* Project Manager(Custom user picker field) a

* Assignee( User Picker),

This filters is display the above fields Users full name in Jira software, but when we try to use the same filter in our confulence page the "Project Manager" filed is not dispaly the Full name of the User and its displayed with ID's where as Assigee Filed is displaying the Full Name.

Note: Both are holding the same type of data
