Need to have access to delete or remove attached documents in Jira that I've created

How do I get access to delete my own stuff??

It's ridiculous that I can edit old comments but cannot remove old or bad files that I had attached to my Jira by mistake.

Seems like you are in Brief view of the gadget. 

Edit your gadget and choose Detailed in view.
