Merged pull request in Bitbucket no longer transitions Jira ticket to done

I have an automation rule set up so that when a pull request in a Jira ticket is merged, the ticket is transitioned to done automatically.

This has worked fine for years but this week it stopped working.

I have checked the communication between Bitbucket and Jira and that's still as it was.

Checked the rule itself and it's exactly as I originally set it.

What changed this week to break this functionality?

Hi Nikolai,

Jira creates a new issue, if you click "c". Just "c", not "CTRL+C".

If you really want to disable shortcuts completely, have a look here:

hmm not sure we can stop Jira as described there, we use it from cloud.

Ah, you didn't mention that you are using Cloud. You're right, with Cloud, you can't do that.

Happens to me too since today - when releasing "CTRL" before releasing "C".

Happens consistently both on chrome and firefox without extentions.

@Nikolai Nyrkov@Hagai Ben Yehuda - I will point Atlassian to that.
